Thesis: Before the industrial revolution, few people ever set time aside to exercise physically. Most people didn’t need to exercise because we were always actively moving. We spent our days hunting or gathering; almost everyone worked on farms. For all of human history, it was no problem getting enough physical exercise.

Times have changed.

Now we need to supplement and set time in our busy schedules to exercise our physical bodies. 

And while we were working on those farms in the sunshine, we were also eating off them, and without industrial farming, the food was all organic and chock full of vitamins through the rich soil. We didn’t need additional vitamins. 

Times have changed. 

Now we need to supplement because most people are deficient in multiple macro and micronutrients. 

And when we were working on farms, with the animals, and being outside, we also drank water from wells and streams, ate what we great, and autoimmune issues and non-communicable diseases were unheard of.

Times have changed. 

Now we need to supplement. Without a well-balanced immune system, we are much more susceptible to autoimmune, communicable, and non-communicable diseases.

The solution is like that of exercise or nutrient supplementation. We must supplement and set time aside to work, train and exercise the immune system. Especially those that are pregnant and under three years old. This is the fast-closing window of immune training that, once closed, many autoimmune issues (like autism) can become permanent.
